What should you know about me?
I am a stylist and colorist of 17 years in the industry, still obsessed with my craft. Actually every day even more.
What is my favorite thing about being a stylist?
My absolute favorite thing about being a stylist is connecting with people, and bringing out a version of themselves they perhaps haven’t seen.
What kind of work have I done?
I have been so fortunate in my career to work from backstage Christian Dior to a stage 4 cancer patient’s backyard. Every experience is unique, special and humbling.
What work am I most proud of?
Funny enough at 6 years old I would make my mom buy me VHS tapes of Sports Illustrated on location. They went through the whole process of prepping the model for hair and makeup, how they select the location and selecting the images through a microscope was fascinating to me. I had the opportunity to work with them during Miami Swim Week.
What work are you most proud of?
I can’t pinpoint what is my proudest moment. I think every time someone has a smile of happiness, words of gratitude or they simply like how they look, or how it makes them feel. That’s my proudest moment every single time.
What is your go to soundtrack while styling hair?
I love all sorts of music, but if I have to chose one song that resonates a proud styling moment “The Man” -Aloe Blacc
