What should you know about me?
I am obsessed with my daughter. I use to go to salons as preteen just to watch people do hair. It is my oldest love and everyday i love it a little more. I love adventures so I try to travel often.
What is your favorite thing about being a hairstylist?
i love many things about being a hairstylist, but my favorite i would have to say is the emotional transformation a client can have during and after their hair is done. Something magical happens when they feel more confident in their skin, and i love to witness that!
What kind of work have you done?
I’ve been fortunate enough to work backstage at designer fashion shows such as Dior to as simple as cutting hair for elderly folks that needed some extra love.
What work are you most proud of?
Taking the leap to start my own business! I am so proud to say we have created this foundation of passion and love for our craft and connection with so many wonderful people. Before that, i remember feeling so excited to see models that i had styled strut down the runway and knowing it would be viewed worldwide.
What’s your go-to soundtrack while styling hair?
That’s a tough one because I love all kinds of music and depends on my mood or the event. My main playlist consists of a range from 90s, Kieth sweat, Gwen Stefani, Alicia keys, Black Coffee, Lady Gaga, all the way to bad bunny vibes.
Why should I go to Haus of Hair?
I feel like it’s mostly a good time, full of different conversations, inappropriate jokes and good hair. You can’t go wrong with any of those.
